Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an IT System Administrator with cloud expertise to manage Azure and M365, while supporting hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments. You will maintain Windows servers and Active Directory, and ensure security and compliance across regions.

You will travel within the Netherlands, UK, Germany, and beyond to support IT projects, deployments, and user support, while coordinating with vendors and cross‑regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT system administration with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• AZ-104 Azure Administrator, M365, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Azure and M365 to ensure performance and security.
• Oversee on-premises Windows servers, Active Directory, subnets and DNS.
• Monitor system health, apply patches and perform upgrades for reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants for upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Ensure IT security standards and regulatory compliance for cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Provide global desktop support with focus on Netherlands, UK, and Germany.
• Integrate cloud services with existing infrastructure, including Citrix Cloud and endpoint management.
• Travel within the Netherlands and across Europe to support offices and projects.
• Own documentation and reporting of systems, assets, and audit responses.
