Jobgether is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer based in the Netherlands to lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience initiatives. You will shape the platform to enable faster, safer software delivery and autonomous AI-powered workflows across distributed engineering teams.

You will own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability, while mentoring peers and driving architecture governance for long-term reliability and scalability.

Competenze

• Extensive experience as Staff Engineer or equivalent, leading cross-functional initiatives hands-on.
• Proven ability to influence architecture, raise engineering standards, and partner with leadership.
• Expertise designing and operating production cloud infrastructure on AWS (ECS/Fargate, RDS).
• Solid experience with containers and IaC tools (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• Proven CI/CD improvements delivering faster, more reliable software releases.
• Strong developer platform mindset with self-service tooling and scalable environments.
• Experience observability platforms (Datadog) and incident management.
• Excellent communication across distributed teams and ownership culture.
