Job summary

Marktlink Exit Ready is expanding its European team and seeks proactive Business Development Representatives who are native Spanish speakers. You will engage entrepreneurs by phone to explore growth and prepare businesses for sale, and you will recruit for masterclasses and events.

Qualifications

• Solid track record working with entrepreneurs.
• Excellent communication skills for meaningful conversations with entrepreneurs.
• Fluent in the respective market language with a strong country background.
• Available for 3–5 days a week.
• Willing to work from a local Marktlink office or from home where Marktlink is present.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek telephone contact with entrepreneurs and discuss growth and sale readiness.
• Recruit entrepreneurs for masterclasses and other events for the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to support international growth.
• Help entrepreneurs plan their future and guide them through the final phase of entrepreneurship.
• Maintain accurate records and demonstrate accountability for outcomes.
