Job summary

Caseware is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Consultant to guide our largest strategic customers through evaluations and implementations of Caseware solutions. You will design project plans, craft value-driven demos, and coordinate with sales, training, support and product teams to address key needs.

You will collaborate with international teams to move toward global processes within the solutions consulting group, while travel to offices or internationally may be required depending on

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an Audit/Accounting/Professional Services firm or 5+ years in a SAAS customer-facing role serving the Accounting Profession.
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and translate stakeholder needs.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deliverables.
• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of technology within audit/accountancy, or willingness to learn.
• Nice to have: Chartered Accountant with 5+ years external audit experience and familiarity with CaseWare; CRM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to help prospects evaluate and implement Caseware products.
• Strategize evaluation and implementation journeys, develop a value-driven demo strategy.
• Support evaluations and migrations to Caseware cloud, ensuring timelines stay on track.
• Coordinate with internal teams for access, licenses, and account maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a product knowledge base and toolkit for the solutions team.
• Attend industry events and contribute to thought leadership when appropriate.
