Job summary

Intero Integrity Services in the Netherlands seeks a Program Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a critical software program, guiding external partners and shaping internal teams. You will safeguard architecture, drive quality, and ensure delivery across global data initiatives.

You will lead internal engineers, establish standards and processes, and align technical decisions with safety-critical reliability goals. Hybrid work and leadership growth are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software programs, preferably with external partners or co-sourcing.
• Experience building, leading or growing a software or engineering team: setting standards, shaping culture, developing people.
• Technical depth to independently assess and challenge external architecture choices (C#/.NET preferred).
• Strong focus on risk and quality in safety-critical domains (industrial, medical, NDT or similar).
• Excellent communication with both technical peers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the software program end to end and manage external partners.
• Oversee scope, planning and budget to ensure quality and delivery.
• Critically assess partner architecture proposals and make independent recommendations.
• Guide and grow the internal software team, set standards and establish processes.
• Translate roadmaps into concrete product decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
