Sunbytes BV, on behalf of an international client, seeks a Remote Senior Systems Engineer for Client Computing Platforms, focusing on Application Packaging and Delivery Services within a Global IT Infrastructure Services team.

You will own design, packaging, configuration, and ongoing support of client and mobile application packages, collaborating with End User Services, security, and infrastructure teams worldwide.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience in large-scale global IT operations.
• 10+ years in at least 4 of the listed areas for client computing, security, and cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with modern client computing across Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, and VDI environments.

Responsabilidades

• Research, engineer, package, and deploy client applications across Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile OS with Intune.
• Administer client computing systems, monitor, troubleshoot, tune, and manage capacity.
• Run automated tests across infrastructure, security, networks, apps, and hardware for quality.
• Participate in incident response, change control, and off-hours on-call rotations.
• Guide vendors and MSPs for 24x7 monitoring, patching, and ticket resolution.
• Provide architecture oversight and design reviews against global IT standards.
• Maintain SOPs, diagrams, and test scripts; support cloud/on-prem designs.
• Build relationships with users, IT infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors.
