Job summary

Everbridge, a global leader in critical communications, seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to modernize public warning and enterprise safety platforms. This fully remote role in the Netherlands focuses on automation, reliability, and cloud-native delivery across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You’ll design CI/CD pipelines, build Kubernetes platforms, and drive automation with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and scripting. Strong English and Dutch skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating software delivery platforms and automation frameworks.
• Strong Kubernetes/containerized app experience and modern deployment practices.
• Proven CI/CD expertise with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and internal delivery tooling.
• Develop reusable Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD templates and automation frameworks.
• Drive automation across deployments, upgrades, configuration management, and docs.
• Build and support Kubernetes-based platforms in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability of delivery processes.
• Manage infrastructure in AWS and OVH environments.
• Use Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Python, and scripting to reduce manual work.
