The role focuses on ensuring the quality and production readiness of digital cargo platforms, collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, BAs and stakeholders. You will design test strategies, develop UI and API test suites with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress, integrate automation into CI/CD, and utilize

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of QA experience including 4+ years in test automation.
• Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress, Postman, REST APIs and SQL.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD.
• Experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs and integrations.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled testing/quality engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system and exploratory testing.
• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test suites.
• Perform REST API, microservices and end-to-end integration testing.
• Validate complex business workflows across booking, tracking, portals and cargo digital products.
• Identify, document, troubleshoot and validate defects.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and quality gates for Agile releases.
• Support performance and non-functional testing with tools like JMeter.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve regression efficiency.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools for test-case generation, automation, data creation and risk identification.
• Monitor quality metrics and production validation.
