Job summary

Jobgether SRL’s partner company in the Netherlands seeks an Automation QA Lead to own QA strategy, automation across the SDLC, and mentor teams in an AI-first, quality-driven environment within sports betting tech.

You will lead automated testing across functional, integration, and performance areas, integrate tests into CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, and promote shift-left quality with DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in QA with strong automation focus in Agile/DevOps.
Expertise with automation frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll, C# scripting.
Hands-on CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and improve QA standards and processes
Define automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing
Lead the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and faster releases
Monitor automation coverage and report quality metrics to stakeholders
Champion shift-left testing and DevOps practices across the SDLC
Mentor QA professionals and allocate resources across projects
