Job summary

Europol in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks a Senior Agent – Testing to lead manual and automated testing within the Quality Assurance Team. You will design test plans, develop automated scripts, and execute end-to-end tests for internal and outsourced applications to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires three+ years in software test automation, experience with REST/SOAP APIs, non-functional testing (security, performance), and familiarity with AI/ML testing approaches.

Qualifications

• Essential three or more years in software test automation.
• Experience with APIs and REST/SOAP testing.
• Experience with regression testing and API mocking.
• Experience with non-functional testing (security, performance, load).
• Familiarity with AI/ML testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Act as automation tester in the application development phase.
• Define/maintain test cases and test conditions.
• Design/maintain test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Execute end-to-end tests including user/operational acceptance testing.
• Document test results and defects; support release cycles.
