Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Ad Monetization in the Netherlands to own the product strategy for a mobile ad monetization platform serving developers. You will lead discovery through delivery in a lean team, shaping the roadmap and driving experiments to validate value.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market functions in a remote-first environment, becoming a domain expert on advertising monetization and delivering measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning product decisions and outcomes end-to-end.
• Experience building/publishing publisher-facing ad monetization products for mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising mechanics and monetization models.
• Ability to reason about technical and business implications of product decisions.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on SDKs, APIs and data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, hypotheses, ship quickly, and learn from results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of an early-stage initiative.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and delivering outcomes.
• Strong customer orientation and desire to help developers monetize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical/commercial audiences.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, design, data, and GTM teams.
• Evidence-driven approach to product development and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own significant portions of the ad monetization roadmap and outcomes.
• Understand monetization capabilities including revenue tracking, reward infrastructure, and server-side validation.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and design to define requirements and ship solutions.
• Build and test hypotheses using research, data and market insights.
• Develop knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and monetization models.
• Balance technical, commercial, and customer considerations in decisions.
• Establish priorities in a high-ambiguity environment.
• Ship meaningful improvements delivering monetization value.
• Develop a clear long-term vision and roadmap for ad monetization.
• Build relationships across functions and with senior stakeholders.
• Act as a domain expert to inform product and business decisions.
• Take primary ownership in the first year for the ad monetization area.
