Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire a Digital Marketing (Paid Media & Tracking) specialist based in the Netherlands. The role is hands-on, focusing on paid media execution, analytics, and reliable conversion tracking across multiple platforms.

You will work with pixels, events, and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize campaigns. This fully remote position offers exposure to Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other tracking technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel and custom events.
• Experience with multiple paid platforms (TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Experience configuring and validating event tracking and conversions.
• Comfortable handling analytics tools and privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Meta Events Manager, custom events, and conversion configurations.
• Support paid campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Define and maintain consistent event tracking structures and definitions.
• Implement and validate pixels, events, conversions, UTM params across sites and campaigns.
• Monitor tracking performance and investigate discrepancies between platforms and analytics.
