Podimo, Europe’s leading podcasting platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer, Growth to shape user journeys that lift conversion and retention across all stages from acquisition to monetisation.

You will join a team that values data-driven insights, ambitious experimentation, and a creator-first approach. The role offers flexibility across Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or Berlin offices with a strong emphasis on impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Several years in growth, subscription, or monetisation teams.
• Are able to work within the European Union.
• Portfolio with clear problems, hypotheses, and iterations.
• Passionate about podcasts, audio and video content.

Responsibilities

• Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on user experiences and retention.
• Design paywall strategies across web, iOS, and Android to convert and upgrade.
• Create cohesive value propositions for diverse audiences.
• Design social features to attract new users and share loved content.
• Design onboarding experiences to help users discover favorites.
• Collaborate to mature Podimo's design system across contexts.
