DEPT® is seeking an Associate Director to steer strategic direction for our ambitious accounts. You will define how brands appear across consumer ecosystems, translating insights into full-funnel experiences that connect audiences, culture, content, and commerce.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and partner with clients to drive growth, shaping investment decisions and delivering integrated solutions beyond media. This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and client influence.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in omni-channel media strategy and planning with a track record of leading large accounts.
• Strong ability to connect business, brand, and customer insights to strategic outcomes.
• Experience in Connections Planning or IMC with content/media integration.
• Proficient in media research and audience profiling tools (GWI, MRI, ComScore, Pathmatics).
• Proven success in managing sponsorship or tentpole campaigns.
• Ability to influence senior clients and navigate multi-agency environments.
• Data-driven mindset paired with creative intuition and numbers-based storytelling.
• Experience growing and mentoring direct reports.

Responsibilities
