Job summary

Leaseweb Netherlands, based in Amsterdam, seeks an Entry Sales administrative specialist. You will support the sales team with quotes for licenses and upgrades, and handle administrative contract and service changes in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will assist with daily sales tasks, support SAP Key Users and Inside Sales, and contribute to sales projects. This role offers growth and exposure to the full sales cycle in a remote-friendly setup within the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative support and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare quotes for licenses and upgrades.
• Good communication skills and handling of admin changes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes for licenses and upgrades/downgrades.
• Support customers with administrative contract and service changes.
• Assist with daily administrative sales tasks such as contract modifications and processing business cases.
• Support SAP Key Users and the Inside Sales Team.
• Occasionally assist Inside Sales Account Management and sales-related projects.
