Capable BV is seeking an Internal Sales Employee/Customer Support Employee to strengthen our team in the Netherlands. You act as a bridge between customers, suppliers and internal teams, handling quotes, orders and planning, while keeping information accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent experience.
• Enthusiastic, enterprising, results-oriented and project-driven.
• Team player with independent initiative.
• Strong communication and social skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and good Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes and order processing between customers and suppliers.
• Monitor sales and purchasing planning and inform customers of changes.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Supply Chain Planners and Account Manager.
• Maintain priorities, provide timely information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
