Inspired Selection is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to develop business across the Higher Education and library markets in the Benelux region. The role is home-based with the candidate based in the Netherlands, including regular travel across the territory and visits to customers and prospects.

You'll prospect, build a strong pipeline, engage with librarians and institutional decision-makers, and present learning, digital and reference solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and win new customers in higher education or library sectors.
• Strong pipeline development and forecast accuracy.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and present solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers through outbound prospecting and meetings.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across the territory.
• Develop relationships with librarians, academics and institutional leaders.
• Understand customer needs and present learning, digital and reference solutions.
• Manage opportunities from contact to negotiation and close.
• Grow existing accounts with new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast information.
• Represent the organisation at conferences and industry events.
