EverAI is hiring a Senior Ruby-on-Rails Engineer for a fully remote role across Europe. You will join a fast-growing AI company building scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails, collaborating closely with product, data science, and site reliability teams.

You will own backend development from design to deployment, contribute to architecture decisions, and help shape the roadmap while delivering high-quality, user-centric features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in back-end or full-stack software engineering with recent Ruby-on-Rails experience.
• Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile environments.
• Worked on large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs with the Product Manager and prepare integration plans and estimations.
• Hand-on coding, PRs, code reviews and testing to deliver features.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams, including data scientists and SREs.
