Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior GCC pursuit strategist to lead the EMEA GCC Sales Advisory team. You will orchestrate cross-functional pursuit efforts, engage senior deal leadership, and shape win strategies across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

In this senior role, you will drive executive narratives, coordinate a diverse set of experts, and build reusable GCC assets to improve future pursuits while partnering with leaders across the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development.
• Familiarity with GCC/GBS operating models and global services landscape.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise to senior teams.
• Strong content development and proposal writing skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritise pursuit requests across the EMEA market.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals; shape pursuit strategy.
• Bring cross-deal GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team; engage the right expertise at the right time.
• Drive response quality by leading executive summary and narrative; ensure coherence and differentiation.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets and contribute to the assets library.
• Feed insights back into the shared asset library to improve pursuit engine.
