Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced EMEA Lead for the GCC Sales Advisory Team to steer pursuit strategy across the Americas market and guide cross-functional teams.

You will bring GCC expertise, orchestrate the pursuit process from qualification to submission, and shape winning themes while working with senior leaders.

This senior role offers remote flexibility and the chance to influence major GCC opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GCC/GBS strategy, delivery, or business development in a complex services environment.
• Familiarity with GCC/GBS operating models and global services landscape.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and contribute GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market in line with pipeline priorities and deal complexity.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission, shaping pursuit strategy and momentum from kickoff.
• Bring credible GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams, elevating differentiation and ensuring value proposition lands in every response.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team to engage the right expertise at the right moment.
• Drive overall response quality, lead the executive summary, and ensure coherence and client-centric storytelling.
