Job summary

Accenture is seeking an EMEA Lead for the GCC Sales Advisory Team to drive strategy, orchestration, and high-impact responses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with deal leadership, shape pursuit strategy, and ensure differentiating, client-centric narratives.

You will bring deep GCC expertise, manage cross-functional teams across time zones, and help build reusable assets to win large GCC opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development in a complex services environment.
• Familiarity with GCC or GBS operating models and the evolving global services landscape.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams.
• Strong content development and proposal writing skills; able to lead a team.
• Ability to work across time zones and integrate into high-pressure pursuit teams; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• As the EMEA Lead for the GCC Sales Advisory Team, you are a senior GCC pursuit specialist and trusted partner to deal leadership across the Americas market.
• Bring dedicated GCC expertise, cross-deal intelligence, and pursuit strategy and execution support to help teams show up and win.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team ensuring the right expertise is engaged at the right moment.
• Drive overall response quality, leading the executive summary and the overarching narrative, reviewing contributor sections, and ensuring the response is coherent.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets, capturing cross-deal intelligence and latest thinking for the Americas market.
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and feed insights back into the shared asset library.
