Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Publisher Business Development Manager in the Netherlands to drive publisher acquisition and revenue growth within the Google MCM ecosystem. This fully remote role focuses on in-app and CTV inventory, managing the full onboarding and integration journey with publishers.

You will build trusted relationships, oversee outbound strategies, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges. A strong AdTech background and GAM/AdX expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or publisher acquisition in AdTech.
• At least 1 year hands-on Google MCM experience including onboarding.
• Strong GAM knowledge: ad units, inventory types, targeting and reporting.
• Proven ability to independently acquire and develop publisher relationships.
• Understand programmatic monetization and CPM dynamics; SSPs and AdX.

Responsibilities

• Lead publisher acquisition and onboarding with seamless integration.
• Develop in-app and CTV publisher partnerships across verticals.
• Guide publishers through Google Ad Manager setup and policy compliance.
• Grow inventory monetization, yield, fill rates, and revenue.
• Execute outbound strategies via cold outreach, events, referrals.
• Monitor performance and expand inventory post-onboarding.
• Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot integrations.
• Stay updated on Google MCM policies and programmatic trends.
• Maintain acquisition pipeline and report progress and revenue.
