Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a data-driven PPC Specialist based in the Netherlands for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social channels, optimize budgets, and use analytics to boost conversions.

Collaborate with performance marketers, content creators, and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing objectives. Expect ongoing testing, CRO, and performance reporting to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on PPC/paid media campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (search, display, remarketing) and analytics tools.
• Experience with conversion tracking, tag management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets and bidding strategies.
• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Develop compelling ad copy and test variations to improve performance.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impressions, and conversions; adjust bids and targeting accordingly.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM, pixels, and analytics tagging.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable optimization recommendations.
• Forecast traffic, leads, and ROI using historical data and market trends.
• Share insights across marketing channels to align paid media with broader objectives.
• Stay updated on platform changes and new channels for scalability.
