Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Product Manager CTV to own the strategy and monetization of Connected TV inventory within a leading SSP. You will define the product roadmap, optimize auction mechanics, and collaborate with engineering, commercial and supply teams to drive revenue growth.

Based in the Netherlands but operating in a fully remote, international environment, you will embrace AI-powered workflows and focus on measurable outcomes that improve publisher value and monetization.

Qualifications

• At least five years of product management experience in advertising technology.
• End-to-end ownership from roadmap to delivery with accountability.
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB, VAST, VMAP, ad pods and related ad tech.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the CTV product vision and roadmap with a focus on revenue growth and publisher value.
• Maximize CTV inventory activation ensuring traffic quality and monetization potential.
• Protect the advertising ecosystem by reducing fraud and invalid traffic.
• Optimize auctions and yield with CTV-specific mechanics and A/B testing.
• Expand demand partnerships to increase competition for inventory.
• Lead product delivery in collaboration with engineering across discovery, design, development and production.
• Drive adoption and measure impact with post-launch performance and revenue metrics.
