Job summary

NEP Group Inc. is seeking a Programme Manager for Major Events & Strategic Delivery. This remote role involves travel and can be based in the UK, Netherlands or Madrid, focused on delivering large-scale live events with complex cross-functional teams.

You will lead the programme, maintain the integrated picture, and drive decisions, milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery in a demanding entertainment and broadcast environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of programme management experience across complex, multi-project initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to simplify complex information for decision-making.
• Strong expertise in planning, RAID, dependency management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme leadership and structure to deliver high-profile, time‑critical programmes.
• Maintain an integrated programme view with priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and commitments.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions and ensure ownership and accountability across teams.
• Establish governance, change control and readiness processes and manage stakeholders including senior leaders.
