• 5-7+ years of consultative or high-touch IT/Tech sales experience.
• Proven ability to succeed in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
• Strong consultative selling mindset focused on business outcomes and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic services sales engagements within the Benelux region.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Product Sales, Pre-sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Negotiate complex deals and drive end-to-end contract processes.
• Build trusted executive relationships and provide value-led guidance.
• Forecast accurately and monitor pipeline using CRM tools.
