Somewhere is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support our production team. You’ll manage administrative workflows, keep projects organized, and help streamline processes behind the scenes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination or operations support.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail handling multiple projects.
• Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Located within suitable time zones for U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Production across active projects.
• Route and track production requests through a consistent process.
• Facilitate internal meetings; attend client meetings as needed; draft follow-up communications.
• Maintain the Production inbox and support Managers as needed.
• Maintain the Pod People portfolio of work on our website, including trailers and accolades.
• Maintain an up-to-date archive of content for the sales team to leverage.
• Coordinate guest, client, and recurring project meetings for assigned projects.
• Research and book recording studios; coordinate host kits and release waivers as needed.
• Support publishing workflows and QA to ensure assets, metadata, and episodes are delivered on schedule.
• Own onboarding for new projects, including folders, Airtable, kickoff deck, and templates.
• Ensure project information is accurate across production systems.
• Coordinate Staffing and Contractor forms for projects.
• Complete project wrap and archival tasks; closeout as needed.
• Support other project-specific administrative needs and special projects.
