Job summary

Octatube is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee complex projects from production drawings to completion. You will ensure production, transport and installation align, keeping schedules, budgets and quality on track.

This role involves hands-on site work, proactive problem solving, and close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and external partners. You will travel for international projects, maintain clear communication, and provide practical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English communication skills are required.
• Experience coordinating construction projects is preferred.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured work approach is needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from production drawings through to completion.
• Ensure production, transport and installation are properly aligned.
• Monitor planning, quality and budget during production and construction, and take action when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of changes so activities remain aligned.
• Act as site coordinator and sparring partner during the installation phase.
• Regularly visit project sites, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
