Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech or payments.
• Understanding of payment processes, gateways and compliance basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Russian.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat and tickets.
• Handle payment-related inquiries, including transaction status and troubleshooting.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems.
• Work with developers, testers, product managers to improve platform performance.
• Document user feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, incidents, and resolutions.
• Contribute to FAQs, knowledge bases and support guides.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and tooling.
• Follow a 3/3 rotational shift including day and night coverage.
