Job summary

TestGorilla is seeking a Customer Success Advisor (Part Time) to support the Americas region (Canada and LATAM). You’ll manage a portfolio of ~100 SMB accounts, drive product adoption from day one, and use AI-powered insights to optimize customer health and ROI.

This remote-first role requires English and Spanish, a hands-on, consultative mindset, and the ability to collaborate across time zones. Flexible hours, remote work, and opportunities to contribute to product roadmap are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.
• Experience in account management or customer success with high-volume books.
• Data-driven approach to monitor health metrics and ROI.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead discovery calls and simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Uphold TestGorilla’s behaviors and foster an inclusive culture.
• Onboard customers effectively and drive product adoption from day one.
• Manage a high-volume SMB portfolio and identify expansion opportunities.
• Use AI tools to discuss ROI and optimize customer health.
• Collaborate across time zones with global teams.
• Monitor churn risks and take proactive actions to protect GRR.
• Partner with Account Managers to support renewals and case studies.
