Job summary

Awin is seeking a Customer Insights & Strategy Lead to act as a trusted advisor, coupling data-driven insights with affiliate channel expertise to drive customer growth and retention. You will deliver strategic analyses, tailor growth strategies, and mentor team members in a hybrid/remote setting across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of online marketing experience.
• 4+ years in affiliate marketing across multiple verticals.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Ability to convert data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering strategic consultancy to customers or senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of attribution, incrementality, measurement, and marketing effectiveness.
• Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Databricks or similar.
• Experience supporting commercial pitches, proposals, or strategic growth initiatives.
