Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support international projects from Greece. The position is remote within Greece, with Greek work authorization required.

The role offers a €1,300 gross monthly salary (paid over 14 months) plus a performance bonus up to 20% of the monthly salary and a comprehensive relocation package. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat; assist with orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns; troubleshoot

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian.
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
