Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote within Greece, with fully paid training, onboarding, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian required.
• English level B2–C1, depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalation complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
