Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support customers on international projects. The role is remote within Greece, with a structured training program and onboarding support. You will handle requests via phone, email and chat, while managing orders, payments, deliveries and CRM records.

The position calls for Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1, plus strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Relocation and Greece-based work are included.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
