Job summary

Syneos Health Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Junior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for our Amsterdam-based team.

You will monitor and manage trial sites for a single client, ensuring regulatory and protocol adherence while supporting site initiation, visits and close-out activities. The role requires a related degree (Bachelor's or RN), fluent Dutch and strong English, and a proactive approach to patient safety, data quality and site communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Fluency in Dutch and proficient in English
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits (on-site or remote) in compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements
• Communicate issues to the project team and support action plans
• Maintain knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs
• Verify informed consent process and protect patient confidentiality
• Contribute to site management, data verification and source data review
• Participate in investigator meetings and sponsor meetings and support audit readiness
