Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries through various channels.
• Provide solutions for customer issues regarding flowers and deliveries.
• Participate in team evaluations and trainings.

Skills

Strong communication skills in Dutch

Strong writing skills in Dutch

Customer service experience

Fluent English

Basic German and Danish language skills
