Job description

Role Overview

Our Customer Delight team in Amsterdam and London supports customers around the clock across multiple channels, ensuring their questions are answered and their experience improved. The role is hybrid and flexible (24‑40 hours per week) and requires fluent Dutch and English, with German and Danish speakers also welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Make a coffee (and fruit) before starting the day.
• Start the day on the phone, helping customers and finding quick solutions.
• Takes a break on the roof terrace and checks the weekly flower collection.
• After the quiet shift, switches to Whatsapp to answer questions about flowers, deliveries and add‑ons.
• Enjoy lunch with colleagues.
• Works on emails and webcare, switching between channels as needed.
• Takes an afternoon coffee break.
• Participates in quality evaluations with the team lead to review performance.
• Says goodbye to the evening crew and hands over deliveries.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO/WO level.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch, German, Danish (native) and confident English.
• Background in a customer‑service‑oriented position is a plus.
• Comfortable reaching out to and advising customers.
• Solution‑oriented, friendly, kind nature.
• Proactive and can‑do attitude.
• Available for 40 hours a week.

Working Hours

The role includes shifts between 09:00 and 22:30 Monday to Sunday, covering bank holidays. Expect at least one evening shift per week and 1–2 weekends per month. Flexibility is required.
