Qualifications

• 3+ years in MSP/MSSP account management or equivalent client-facing role.
• Ability to own revenue targets, renewals and expansions.
• Experience developing proposals and sales materials.
• Excellent written and spoken English with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort in remote, autonomous environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with MSP/MSSP clients and partners.
• Lead client conversations to understand objectives and growth opportunities.
• Act as trusted commercial advisor and shape solutions.
• Own retention, renewals, and account expansion targets.
• Develop commercial proposals and client-facing content.
