Job summary

Waters in the Netherlands (Drachten) seeks an experienced Customer Remote Support Agent to deliver remote technical support for BD COR across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with field teams and global stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues and uphold quality in a regulated healthcare environment.

You will work with Field Service Engineers, internal SMEs, and training teams to improve remote resolution, service excellence, and continuous improvement across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in remote technical support or diagnostic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and quality-regulated environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for BD COR across high-volume channels.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using log analysis and connectivity checks.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and internal specialists.
• Monitor system performance and drive proactive service improvements.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and escalations.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing across EMEA.
• Support weekday on-call coverage to ensure continuity.
