Job summary

BD is seeking a Customer Remote Support Agent to provide expert remote technical support for BD COR across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Field Service Engineers, internal specialists, and global teams to resolve complex issues in a regulated healthcare environment, ensuring uptime and customer confidence.

A Bachelor’s in engineering or technical field, strong troubleshooting, and fluency in English and Spanish are required.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for BD COR across the EMEA region.
Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, DB reviews, connectivity checks, and workflow investigations.
Partner with Field Service Engineers and internal specialists as needed.
Monitor system performance and contribute to proactive service improvements.
Maintain accurate case documentation and escalation records per quality rules.
Participate in training and continuous improvement across EMEA region.
Contribute to weekday on-call support coverage.
