Job summary

Waters is seeking an experienced COR monitoring expert to support EMEA operations. You will monitor system performance, assess risk, review service cases, and coordinate actions with remote support, field service, quality, and leadership teams.

You will work across functions to strengthen governance, share best practices, and contribute to service improvements while ensuring compliant, timely responses in a regulated diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant field service or remote support experience.
• Strong knowledge of connected systems, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert monitoring oversight across the region; interpret signals, dashboards, and cases to identify risks.
• Coordinate with remote and field teams to accelerate issue resolution and ensure consistent customer outcomes.
• Support readiness activities for product releases and upgrades; ensure governance and quality compliance.
