Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe is a Field Clinical Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management role based in the Netherlands, offering expert clinical product support to physicians and sales reps during implant procedures. The successful candidate will join a team of eight specialists coordinating nationwide coverage and educational activities.

Responsibilities include clinical troubleshooting, product demonstrations, patient follow-up, and collaboration with sales to meet clinicians' needs.

Qualifications

• Medical education (bachelor) background, preferably with hospital experience.
• Valid EHRA and/or IHBRE certification would be a plus.
• Strong clinical advising/educating skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons and OR staff.
• Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
• Strong motivation and ability to adapt to working environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical assistance during implant procedures.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products via presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend implants in hospital labs and ORs and perform patient follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify clinical needs and discuss product solutions.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel and participate in conferences.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Support clinical trial activities within the assigned territory.
• Provide training and support to clinical center personnel on trial procedures.
