Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, material planning, or project logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Convert project requirements into actionable logistics plans.
• Create material demand forecasts and delivery schedules.
• Ensure material availability aligns with milestones.
• Monitor inventory, shortages, and supply risks.
• Own day-to-day logistics for assigned projects.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and site deliveries.
• Manage transportation and logistics providers for on-time delivery.
• Support expediting for critical materials and urgent customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, PM, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Maintain SAP master data and ensure process compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and transparency.
