Job summary

stichd Logistics in Tilburg is seeking a Logistics Engineer to help maintain and improve our large-scale distribution centre. You will develop and implement logistics concepts, analyze processes and support improvements that consider operational requirements, system impact and customer needs.

You will work across functions with IT, Supply Planning, and HQ to drive data-driven projects, WMS enhancements and cross-functional initiatives at Tilburg Logistics, ensuring practical, aligned outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and automated logistics processes.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and present management reports and dashboards.
• Develop operational reports and perform data analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop, test and implement WMS functional improvements.
• Contribute to cross-functional and company-wide projects.
• Collaborate with IT, HQ and other stakeholders for practical improvements.
