Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a U.S. legal team remotely from the Netherlands. You will support civil litigation matters from intake through trial preparation, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and coordinating depositions, hearings, and trials.

You will work with attorneys, clients, and courts, ensuring accurate case records, deadlines, and well-organized documentation, while maintaining high standards of professional communication and detail.

Qualifications

• At least five years in a paralegal or attorney role with U.S. civil litigation experience.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation matters from intake through trial prep.
• Draft and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials; manage case calendars and deadlines.
