• Familiarity with statutes of limitation and deadlines.
• Proficient in AI-assisted workflows and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect accident and medical history data.
• Organize medical records, bills, police and insurance docs.
• Maintain client communications on case progress and milestones.
• Coordinate with providers, insurers, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Prepare settlement packages, filings, and notices as needed.
• Track case milestones, liens, damages, and deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and litigation docs.
• Assist deposition, mediation, and trial preparation with exhibits.
