Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal based in the Netherlands. This fully remote role supports U.S. attorneys with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters, drafting documents and coordinating case administration to ensure timely handling of client matters during U.S.

business hours. The ideal candidate has at least five years of paralegal experience and two years in U.S.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least two years of experience with a U.S. estate planning and/or probate law firm.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate filings.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication.
• Experience with U.S. attorneys and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case files.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents.
• Draft probate petitions, pleadings, and court filings.
• Assist attorneys with probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Coordinate document execution, notarization, and signing procedures.
• Maintain digital case files and ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with clients and beneficiaries to provide case updates.
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate.
