Jobgether is seeking a Listing Verification Specialist based in the Netherlands to ensure accurate automobile listings for a US marketplace. You will review seller documents, verify details, and communicate with US sellers remotely to resolve discrepancies. The role emphasizes accuracy, process adherence and teamwork with the Listing Team.

You will handle CRM tagging, keep up with daily targets, and contribute to a trustworthy auction experience. Full-time, fully remote with USD salary.

Formación

• Detail-oriented with strong written and spoken English.
• Experience documenting and recording information accurately.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and texting to verify information.
• Good at prioritizing tasks and managing time.
• Able to learn and use CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Review seller documents to verify authenticity, completeness and accuracy.
• Inspect vehicle photos, mileage and listing details for inconsistencies and request corrections.
• Prioritize queue and move listings to Listed stage quickly.
• Contact U.S. sellers by phone and text to confirm information and collect missing details.
• Answer basic questions about the auction process and escalate complex inquiries.
• Organize and tag leads in the CRM and monitor potential cancellation risks.
• Provide clear, accurate notes to Listing Team and meet productivity targets.
