Jobgether in the Netherlands is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations to support critical banking applications, monitor systems, and resolve incidents. You will collaborate with developers, vendors, and IT teams to improve stability and operational efficiency.

You will investigate issues, manage access, and contribute to automation and knowledge sharing while supporting business‑critical applications in a cooperative IT environment.

Formación

• Experience in IT application support and operations.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (ITIL).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of banking applications is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze recurring IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot application errors with developers and vendors.
• Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring and automation efforts.
• Configure and administer banking apps, including user roles and workflows.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level application support and incident coordination.
• Process access requests and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Document investigations, workarounds, and changes in the knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement across operations and service delivery.
