Job summary

REBEL Internet is seeking a Remote HR Operational Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle across our distributed workforce. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, retention, and policy governance for a multinational remote team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR experience, strong knowledge of international employment laws, and proven ability to manage HR systems and remote onboarding across time zones. This is a fully remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in remote or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of international employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with HR systems and tools (HRIS, ATS).
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with remote team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for remote positions across multiple countries.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new team members.
• Maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.
• Coordinate performance reviews and career development programs.
• Manage employee benefits, contracts, and compliance across regions.
• Support remote culture initiatives and engagement activities.
• Track HR metrics and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with external partners for payroll and legal compliance.
• Continuously improve HR processes and systems.
